Pre-Order Meal Platters Pick Up & Delivery
All Pre-Order Meal Platters pick ups must be paid in full and picked up within (15) fifteenth minutes of the scheduled pick up time. After (15) fifteenth minutes your order will be considered abandoned, no credit will be issued, you may not receive a complementary remake and no refunds will be available.
All Pre-Order Meal Platters deliveries must be paid in full and the ordering customer or a designated alternative person must retrieve the order within (5) five minutes of the pick up time. You will receive a text once we arrive and or are approaching the resident, a final text will be sent after (5) five minutes of idling to inform you we will be vacating the given address and the order will be left at the given address with a photo. Your order will be considered abandoned, no credit will be issued, you may not receive a complementary remake and no refunds will be available.
